Your request must be made within 48 hours of your purchase and you must have your invoice number (price matches are processed only after your order has been placed). The low price guarantee does not apply to liquidations, closeouts, local retail stores or below cost loss leaders. The products much be exactly the same. Only one price match per item will be processed. eCostumeShop.com will not match it's own price. This policy does not apply to any purchases made at our retail stores and is only valid with online web orders only. Not valid with any other offers.

2. In the subject line, enter: Price Match Guarantee
3. In the body of the email you must include ALL of the following:

• Your order/invoice number
• Your Full Name
• Your Full Mailing address
• The URL to the webpage of the matching product
     

If you fail to enter of any of the information above your claim cannot be processed.
